The project “Teachers for SwanZ” aims to help dance teachers better understand their students – representatives of Generation Z – and address them according to their needs, as well as through the contact points they use most often. Photography: Teachers for SwanZ
Four famous dancers support the Erasmus + project “Teachers for Swanz“, which is an opportunity for vocational training in Romania, Bulgaria, and Austria. Both – both have agreed to help the whole effort and increase the visibility of the project. The people in charge of the project appeared very happy and proud of the honor that these four personalities did to the effort and addressed a “big thank you” to them. The ambassadors of “Teachers for SwanZ” are:
♦Mr. Gigi Căciuleanu, a Romanian choreographer, who lives in France and is one of the greatest teachers of contemporary dance in the world. He teaches a specific technique around the world and works to transmit his authentic, contemporary dance style.
Mrs. Liudmila Konovalova, Prima ballerina of the Vienna Staatsballet, in Austria and who graduated from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy (Moscow-Russia).
♦Mr. Alkis Raftis, President of the International Dance Council of UNESCO and the Theater, as well as the Dance Company “Dora Stratou” in Athens.
♦Mrs. Vessela Vassileva, Prima ballerina and Chief Artistic Director of the Ruse State Opera.
The project involves mobility from one partner country to another, training for dance teachers, and other activities
Inspirers
The biographies of the four ambassadors “tell” impressive stories about talent, work, success, inspiration and creativity, passion and dedication, openness to transmission, adaptation to a variety of cultures. Among other things, they include excellent performances of ballet, dance, and choreography, masters, management experiences, many awards, and numerous distinctions. Altogether, but also each or everyone will inspire and encourage the participants in the project – teachers and young people – to follow their dreams, to become or train future dance artists.
“Teachers for SwanZ” is a strategic partnership plan in the field of vocational education and training (VET) implemented by institutions from Romania, Austria, and Bulgaria, co-financed by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
Partners of the project “Teachers for SwanZ”, is the Lyceum of Choreography “Floria Capsali” from Bucharest, the National School of Arts Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov “from Ruse (Bulgaria), the company” Attitude “from Vienna (Austria), and the Union of Greeks of Romania based in Bucharest
